MUSKAPINO (SWEET ROSé SPARKLING)
VARIETY: 74% Muskadel, 26% Pinotage
VINIFICATION: Muskadel and Pinotage were harvested together. They were picked early in the morning. The Muskadel at 20⁰ balling and the Pinotage at 24⁰ balling. Cold maceration was for 3 days after the grapes and juice was seperated. Fermentation took place at 13⁰ balling for 2 weeks. after fermentation the wine was sweetend with Muskadel juice to 83g/l and then bottled
